West Seattle Remodel

Upon retirement, these West Seattle “empty nester” homeowners decided to upgrade and more than double the size of their existing property and turn it into a veritable high-end mansion. By adding a third story, they bumped up their picturesque views of Elliott Bay, the Cascade mountains, and Seattle city skyline. The grandkids visit often, so they created a luxurious master suite “sanctuary” for themselves. The project was all new construction, including a custom elevator from the ground floor to the master suite for convenience.
