Eden Custom Builders operates in the Greater Seattle Area and the Eastside, including Kirkland, Bothell, Bellevue, Woodinville, Shoreline, Ballard, Sand Point, Wallingford, and Lake City. We build expansive luxury homes and smaller high-end homes, and we remodel houses built in styles ranging from Midcentury to Craftsman, Modern to Northwest Contemporary. We work closely with architects to deliver a complete, custom construction that matches each client’s specific needs.
Leadership Team
Derron Yuhara, Owner
Derron has worked with wood across a wide range of settings — from cruise ships to climbing walls to a decade in residential construction. His grandfather was a finish carpenter, and that influence stuck. He also brings a fine arts photography background to his work, which shapes the way he thinks about craft and detail.
Kip – Project Manager
Kip has five years of residential carpentry experience and is currently working toward his architecture degree. He's interested in bio-based materials and sustainable, natural building methods. He's also one of the founders of the Skagit Wood Expo.
Lua, Superintendent
Lua is the best-behaved dog on any jobsite, period. Her responsibilities include keeping morale high and finding the ideal bush to nap in. She takes both very seriously.
